Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak wedding season or major holidays.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to activate in our courier's system.
Return Policy
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your set, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and safely packed in the original jewelry box. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at hello@prom-jewelry.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return warehouse address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
